Authorised Representative Scheme
Under the EU AI Act, non-EU providers of high-risk AI systems are required to appoint an EU Authorised Representative. eyreACT operates an Authorised Representative scheme for companies outside the EEA that need a qualified, legally accountable presence within the EU to meet this obligation.
