  • Without infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Without attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions.

You may be required to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and designs on eyreACT.com are the intellectual property of Eyre AI Limited or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of eyreACT is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data processing practices in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, PECR, and the EU AI Act.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eyre AI Limited, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may suspend or terminate your access to eyreACT if you breach these Terms or applicable laws. You may also terminate your use at any time by ceasing to access our services.
